As a postpartum doula, I offer grounded, person-centered support to help you settle into life with your baby. My care can include newborn care, light meal prep, baby laundry, errands, and creating simple systems that make your days feel more supported. I’m here to sit with you in the hard moments, offer education around feeding and newborn cues, and help you feel more confident and resourced. My role is to bring steadiness, clarity, and companionship as you and your baby grow together.
